Marketing Director (Full-Time) – Baton Rouge, LA
Hours and days of work are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
DSLD Homes is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing department and drive our brand's growth through innovative strategies and effective campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and team management. The preferred candidate would have previous experience and a good understanding of the new home builder industry.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that help drive qualified leads across multiple markets and regions to ensure company growth and sales plans are met.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Graphic Design Oversight: Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality graphics for various social media & print platforms.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results and drive engagement.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights that inform marketing decisions.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, mortgage, title, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and graphic design.
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Proficiency in graphic design software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple entities and corporate strategies.
