Summary

A leading higher education institution based in South Florida is hiring an experienced direct-to-consumer Marketing Director to help grow enrollment and partnerships by leading strategic marketing efforts and contributing to student success in high-demand careers. This role offers a great work environment including collaborative team culture and professional development opportunities with a hybrid work model of 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute competitive strategies to drive enrollment, enhance brand recognition, and maximize ROI through digital and referral channels.
  • Oversee marketing programs using project management best practices to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key metrics (conversion rates, cost-per-inquiry, cost-per-start).
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with regulatory standards.
  • Manage reporting systems to provide actionable insights and track marketing performance.
  • Drive quality inquiry generation to meet enrollment targets while maintaining budget efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture; mentor team members and align efforts with institutional goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s in marketing, business or related field is preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience (preferably in higher education).
  • Direct people management experience including hiring, mentoring, performance management, setting/tracking goals & KPIs, etc.
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors and outside agencies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $142,115.00 - $150,141.00 per year
