Seeking a Marketing Director to lead global marketing strategy, enhance brand identity, and drive growth in the enterprise sector with a focus on open-source technologies.
We are seeking a highly accomplished and driven Marketing Director to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. This role is crucial in shaping our brand identity, expanding our market reach, and driving growth within the enterprise sector. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the enterprise service market, a proven track record of success in brand building, and a passion for open-source technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall global branding strategy, ensuring a consistent and impactful corporate and product brand image aligned with our globalization objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis across North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies for enterprise users.
- Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns specifically designed to reach and engage target enterprise audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key influencers. Manage daily marketing operations, including content marketing, developer/user campaigns, open-source community events, and commercial promotions.
- Collaborate closely with product development, customer success, and sales teams to support key accounts and ensure alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role (e.g., Marketing Manager, Market Development Manager), with a proven track record of success in the enterprise software/services sector.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise service market, including market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Proven experience in open-source commercialization principles and practices.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key customers and influencers.
- Experience in the big data services sector is highly preferred. Established personal connections within the infrastructure technology or open-source communities are a significant plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
