Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and help establish a high-performing marketing department. This role requires working closely with C-level management to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen our brand identity. You will oversee all marketing operations, including the company’s online appearance, product listings, pricing strategies, promotional deals, social media accounts, and more, while building and mentoring a marketing team to achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals in collaboration with C-level executives.
- Lead the execution of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Building the Marketing Department:
- Design and establish the company’s marketing department, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the marketing team.
- Create processes and workflows to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Brand Oversight:
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms, including websites, social media, and customer interactions.
- Oversee website aesthetics, product listing quality, pricing consistency, and promotional deals.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to C-level management.
- Social Media and Content Management:
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality visuals and copy for marketing campaigns.
- Promotional Campaigns:
- Develop promotional calendars for sales, special events, and seasonal deals.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years in e-commerce.
- Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing marketing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals and adapt to market changes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creativity: Innovative mindset with a strong eye for detail in brand management and marketing campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
