What’s the Role About?

As a Marketing Director at Upexi’s corporate headquarters in Tampa, you’ll be a key player in driving brand awareness and product growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external partners to craft and execute marketing strategies that elevate our brand’s presence. This is your chance to bring your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for marketing to our thriving brands.

What You’ll Do:

· Drive and execute organic growth strategy. This includes being proficient in SEO, organic social, running internal marketing campaigns, and email marketing.

· Drive and execute paid growth strategy. This includes understanding all paid ads channels, lead gen strategies, and customer acquisition strategies.

· Execute the marketing and strategy around new product launches

What You Bring to the Table:

• Performance-driven. You should be ready to come in and make a difference to drive new customer acquisition, revenue, and brand growth.
• Smart, resourceful, and hands-on. You are a go-getter hungry to roll up your sleeves and execute.
• Experience working in eCommerce (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office. Experience and a strong understanding of all paid advertising channels including Native ads, Facebook ads, Google ads, Programmatic ads, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage projects and a team and any agencies you work with.
