Marketing Director - Senior Healthcare

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in senior housing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and enhance occupancy levels and revenue, manage the sales process, prepare reports, represent the community at events, support resident retention efforts, and collaborate on marketing strategies.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for enhancing community occupancy and revenue through effective sales management and marketing strategies in a senior housing environment.
Responsible for maintaining or enhancing the community's occupancy levels and revenue generation in alignment with established marketing and business plans. This includes managing the sales process and completing all necessary tasks for successful sales. Key duties involve maintaining an accurate database, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and representing the community to increase awareness through external events. Collaborates with the team to generate referrals, supports management with resident retention efforts, and partners with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. Experience in senior housing is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
