Marketing, Event Planner
LOCATION
Roanoke, Texas (Monday through Thursday onsite weekly required)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with at least 2+ years of marketing experience; advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of internet marketing techniques; project and time management skills; ability to travel domestically (up to 25%).

Plan, organize, and execute marketing events; manage vendors, create event agendas, support communications; serve as the onsite point person for setup and breakdown; track and report on event metrics.

The Marketing Event Planner will handle the end-to-end process of marketing events, aimed at promoting the company's brand and products, ensuring maximum attendance through effective planning and execution.

- Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing events that promote a company’s brand, products, and services to its target audience. This would include professional who devises meetings, conferences, trade shows, seminars, retreats and other events for businesses

- Support company events as the communications lead and develop and execute both internal and external communications plan
- Serve as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown. Tracking and reporting on registration numbers and other metrics
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred and at least 2+ years of relatable marketing work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and extensive familiarity with brand building and management
- Proficient knowledge in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions
- Internal collaboration skills and cross functional teamwork adaptability to support competing priorities and meet project deadlines
- Project management and time management skills to plan for events and coordinate event stakeholder’s attendance and organize critical event pieces
- The ability to troubleshoot challenges that pop up and navigate while working to meet event deadlines
- The ability to travel domestically (US & Canada) up to 25% to as needed to attend events
