The ideal candidate demonstrates the following core competencies:


  • Conference and Event Planning.
    Demonstrates the ability to strategize, organize, and execute successful events by coordinating logistics, engaging attendees, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Content Development. Exhibits proficiency in creating compelling and relevant content across various channels to effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
  • Marketing Technology Proficiency. Demonstrates proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Utilizes technology to streamline marketing processes, personalize patient experiences, and measure campaign effectiveness.

      Effectively plans, executes, monitors and controls projects to achieve specific goals and deliverables while efficiently using resources and adhering to deadlines.

The Role: In a Nutshell

As a Marketing Generalist at TimeDoc Health, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including patient engagement, marketing campaign development, content development, digital marketing and content marketing, product marketing, and sales collateral creation. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Patient Engagement Strategy

  • Develop and implement patient engagement campaigns to drive awareness, participation, and retention in TimeDoc's CCM, RPM and BHI programs.
  • Create personalized communication strategies to improve patient adherence, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team to identify opportunities to engage patients across the patient journey.
  • Monitor and analyze patient feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies.

Marketing Campaign Development


  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social media, and direct mail.

  • Partner with the clinical team to ensure all marketing materials are compliant with healthcare regulations and reflect patient needs accurately.


Content Development:


  • Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that educates and resonates with our target audience.


Digital Marketing and Content Management

  • Manage the company's website and patient portal content to ensure ease of access and a seamless user experience.
  • Use SEO strategies to improve patient education resources and online visibility.
  • Develop and manage a social media presence to foster community and promote health-related initiatives.


Product Marketing:


  • Support product marketing efforts by creating compelling messaging, positioning, and sales collateral for our solutions.
  • Develop product-related content, such as product guides, feature announcements, and demo scripts, to support sales enablement.


Sales Collateral Creation:


  • Design and produce sales collateral, including brochures, data sheets, and presentations, to support the sales team's efforts.
  • Ensure sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on event planning, content development, product marketing, or sales collateral creation
  • B2B experience in the healthcare space preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content
  • Experience with B2B Marketing and Engagement platforms, e.g. HubSpot, Outreach, Cured, and SalesForce
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Customer-centric - always seeks to optimize customer ease of access/experience.
  • Highly collaborative; proven track record of working effectively as part of an experienced, diverse team and successfully advocating for strong ideas.
