Seeking a Marketing Generalist to support traditional marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and engage patients and providers through content creation and campaign management at Your Behavioral Health.

Overview:
Your Behavioral Health is a leading provider of compassionate mental health and wellness services, offering a range of integrated care solutions through our brands: Clear Behavioral Health, Neuro Wellness Spa, and New Life House. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Generalist to support and execute traditional marketing strategies, including email marketing, content creation, collateral management, and basic design support. This role will involve working closely with the marketing team and business development teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across all three of our brands.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Generalist will play a key role in elevating YBH’s family of brands (CBH, NWS, NLH) across channels, platforms, and events. As part of a growing team, this role will be instrumental in building awareness of YBH’s programs and providers amongst patients, referral sources, and payors. Your activities are organized around the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on content development and basic design tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with traditional (print, radio, direct mail) and email marketing, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of the mental health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Content & Campaigns to Showcase our Value Proposition

  • Assist with the production and execution of multiple projects across all media.
  • Write long-form and short-form content & execute design creative for sales/education materials, collateral, PR, social media, event positioning/strategy, and other materials needed to drive patient admissions and provider referrals.
  • Develop content briefs for each campaign, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience segmentation across Clear Behavioral Health, Neuro Wellness Spa, and New Life House, focusing on email, print, radio, direct mail, and outdoor advertising.
  • Work with vendors to coordinate production of print materials, direct mail pieces, radio spots, and other traditional marketing assets.
  • Ensure campaign consistency across channels and that messaging aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (engagement, shares, subscriptions, open rates, click-through rates, conversions), adjusting strategies as necessary.

Collateral and Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory of marketing collateral & promotional material (brochures, flyers, business cards, promotional items) to keep it fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in content & collateral development for continuing clinic events, conferences, and other promotional activities, including creating event-specific marketing collateral.
  • Track collateral usage, ensuring that the Business Development team has sufficient materials for client meetings, events, and outreach activities.
  • Organize and update a system for managing marketing assets and materials to ensure easy access and efficient distribution.
  • Support the marketing team with event collateral disbursement[SH1] , promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Collaborative Team Support:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide support to senior marketing team members on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent marketing experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in traditional and email marketing, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or behavioral health.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of marketing materials.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and experience in campaign setup and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing materials.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in traditional marketing channels, including print, radio, TV, direct mail, and outdoor advertising.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Experience with inventory management and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health, wellness, and mental health industry trends is a plus.
