QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in graphics/marketing for the A/E/C industry, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Seeking a creative Marketing/Graphic Design Coordinator to produce compelling graphic materials, enhance communication of the firm's expertise, and support various marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:
Perkins Eastman has an exciting opportunity in our New York office. We are seeking an outstanding Marketing/ Graphic Design Coordinator to work closely with others in the department and in the firm. The role requires not only graphic design experience, but also strong verbal and written communication skills; it invites inventiveness, strategic thinking and initiative to create compelling materials, in both print and digital media, to succinctly communicate the firm’s expertise.
The Marketing/ Graphic Design Coordinator must have the capability to participate in all stages of the procurement process, from strategy to proposal preparation to interviews and provide graphic design needs for the same in a deadline-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement Perkins Eastman’s Human by Design graphic standards.
- Collaborate with the Architectural and Marketing teams in an often fast-paced environment.
- Develop contemporary, innovative graphic design ideas and creating iterations of offerings to present teams with options.
- Coordinate and deliver content for various platforms for internal and external use including print (proposals, submissions, presentations, invitations, brochures, maps, diagrams, logos, layouts, pitches, newsletters, infographics, advertisements, posters), digital (marketing collateral, website, magazine, social media, animations, conferences, events) or studio needs.
- Organize content and put together in a way is meaningful for presentations and proposals.
- Create visually appealing financial tables, charts, and unique infographics that effectively illustrate complex concepts.
- Work with the principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials.
- Provide general support for the marketing and business development efforts in the practice area.
Required Qualifications:
- Client/Customer Service: understanding of marketing as a service to the office.
- Design: High level of design sensibility.
- Graphics: High level of graphics capabilities.
- Communications: Ability to speak and write clearly.
- Organizational: Ability to clearly organize documents and resources.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. Diploma or certification in Graphic Design Architecture, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience graphics/marketing for the A/E/C industry.
- Experience developing print and digital work, preferably in Architecture or related fields.
- Expert level knowledge of full Adobe Creative Suite as well as current trends.
- Ability to work in a Windows based computer environment.
- Possess excellent layout skills.
- Creative, innovative and modern aesthetic.
- Ability to create new ideas and present new concepts.
- Ability to follow instructions and direction.
- The ability to work as part of team as well as independently.
Type: Hybrid. 3 days in office 2 days working remotely, flexible days/working hours.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographical work location.
Salary Range: $60k to $70k
