PAY TRANSPARENCY: USD Starting Range $50,000 annual - $60,000 annual, plus bonus-eligible pay. Pay is commensurate with experience.

  • Build a Solid Sales Pipeline: Engage high-value prospects, anticipate objections, and develop relationships to create a dynamic business pipeline.
  • Respond Promptly: Follow up on prospects and information requests quickly and professionally; masterfully overcome objections to resolve reservations.
  • Listen and Deliver: Listen to client needs to identify opportunities for tailored solutions and account growth.
  • Guide the Sales Cycle: According to company protocols, nurture prospects through the pipeline and secure signed purchase orders or contracts.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: According to company protocols, share updates on client opportunities, project status, risks, and successes.
  • Track and Report Results: Produce accurate sales reports and performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) to inform leadership and optimize strategies.

  • Business Support: Manage communications with customers, vendors, and management. Handle inquiries, maintain accurate records, and oversee account servicing processes with confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Shipping and Inventory Management: Execute and oversee shipping, receiving, product assembly, and inventory management. Implement practices that ensure quality, cost efficiency, and optimal stock levels to meet business needs.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, digital marketing, sales support, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), social media platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), Canva, and general office equipment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
    • Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple requests, and meeting deadlines.
  • Attributes:
    • Trustworthy with confidential business matters.
    • Collaborative, primarily via digital tools like Zoom.
    • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and proactive.
  • Flexibility: Able to adjust work hours to time-sensitive needs.
  • Travel: Some local/regional/national/international travel is an irregular but essential duty. This requires having a valid driver’s license and providing your own transportation to and from industry/business events, as needed. Infrequent overnight travel associated with industry/business events (e.g., tradeshows) may also be necessary; must also be able to travel by air and/or train.

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, use their arms and legs and move their whole body and balance, walk, stoop, maneuver, carry, lift, push, pull, and occasionally move materials/objects weighing between 10-20 pounds, seldom more than 25 pounds. This role requires frequent use of fingers and hands to handle, feel, or operate objects such as computer keyboards and other office equipment or audio/video/telecommunications equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision), the ability to identify deviations and differences from an established tolerance or standard and adjust focus between objects, materials, colors, and textures.
