Marketing Intermediate Analyst - C11 - New York

The content marketing analyst will support the newly formed team across many functions. This role will work with all members of the team in NY and London, be exposed to all parts of content creation and production, work with control partners and manage different aspects of a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review content audits
• Make basic updates in the CMS to our public site
• Support all needs across our production projects - audio, video, content creation
• Manage budget and team status documents
• Learn analytics tool to work on generating monthly reporting
• Conduct competitive and landscape audits to help inform the team
• Manage global editorial calendar
• Work closely with control partners for approvals
• Review and approve invoices for accuracy against supplied cost estimates.
• Support all company initiatives regarding Compliance, Continuity of Business and Self-Assessment.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Adaptable, resourceful, possess the ability to set priorities, and to work well within a team environment Strategic thinker Able to manage day-to-day and routine responsibilities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook, analytics tools, CMS
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail oriented and deadline drive
• Developed oral and written communication skills
• Some production knowledge with regards to video and audio
• Driven to absorb, learn, grow and be self-motivated to become a strong asset for the team.

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$78,320.00 - $109,280.00
