Position Overview We are seeking passionate and creative college students for a remote Sales & Marketing Internship focused on promoting financial literacy and economic empowerment across diverse communities. This role offers an unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful social impact, working alongside innovative startups in the financial education space.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financial literacy programs - Create engaging presentations and educational content for diverse audiences - Conduct market research to identify community needs and opportunities - Collaborate with two partner startups on innovative financial literacy initiatives - Engage with various community stakeholders and potential program participants - Support social media and digital marketing efforts - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Required Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a college/university program

- Or, Experienced Professional

Strong interest in sales, marketing, and social impact - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience creating and delivering presentations - Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Passion for financial education and community empowerment

Desired Skills & Attributes - Marketing, Business, Communications, or related major preferred - Experience with social media marketing and content creation - Understanding of basic financial concepts - Cross-cultural communication skills - Innovative and "outside-the-box" thinking - Experience with virtual collaboration tools - Basic graphic design skills a plus
