Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Intern, you will work directly with our Marketing Coordinator and Vice President of Marketing to:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for portfolio companies across industries, including technology, real estate, chemical, sports, and healthcare.
- Create, curate, and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and create performance reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and event collateral for key stakeholders and clients.
- Support event planning and execution, from internal leadership meetings to external promotional events.
- Conduct market research to inform brand positioning, customer insights, and competitor analysis
Skills
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar tools, is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and creatively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for storytelling, brand-building, and exploring innovative marketing techniques.
- Basic design skills (experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required).
