Marketing Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our marketing department and help achieve our goals! You will help to create new content for marketing campaigns, chat with customers to help answer their questions, and constantly work towards discovering new platforms and techniques to reach our customers!

This position will help you expand your marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. You should look forward to gaining broad experience in marketing and be prepared to work in a flexible environment where forward-thinking is always welcomed.

We are looking for a college Marketing Intern or recent graduates who would like to gain continual experience. You will also be asked to answer customer emails for one hour on a Saturday or Sunday which will be done from home.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assisting with customer service tasks, including emails and phone calls
• Keeping online business listings up to date
• Responding to online reviews and various customer feedback
• Designing digital ad and signage for stores and events
• Researching the best processes for targeted marketing
• Participate in the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans
• Working as part of our team to help achieve our long-term goals

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and WordPress for content creation
• Familiarity with SEO tools and conversion optimization techniques
• Experience in social media marketing and management
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to conduct keyword research and copywriting for effective campaigns
• Understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce strategies
