Key Responsibilities

• Create and Edit Video Content: Capture and edit high-quality videos for our social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Manage Social Media Accounts: Curate content and post regularly on Instagram to engage with our followers and increase our online presence.
• Develop Creative Campaigns: Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to highlight our services, listings, and brand story.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with our brand and business goals.
• Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.
• Track Performance: Analyze the performance of posts and videos, adjusting strategies based on engagement and results.

What We’re Looking For

• A young and hungry individual who is eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.
• Experience or a strong interest in video content creation and editing (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software is a plus).
• Proficient in Instagram and other social media platforms, with an understanding of how to increase engagement and grow a following.
• Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A passion for marketing, real estate, and social media.
