SHORT DESCRIPTION
FA Commercial is seeking a marketing intern to support all marketing efforts, manage brand integrity, and enhance digital presence in the commercial real estate sector.
FA Commercial is seeking a commercial real estate marketing intern to assist in all marketing related initiatives for the firm. This individual will report directly to VP of Sales & Leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain integrity of the FA Commercial brand and manage brand strategy initiatives for existing and new business development
- Manage/oversee e-blasts, direct mail, targeted campaigns as well as the firms website and all SEO related initiatives
- Create and manage content marketing of news-letter, blogs, social media, new listings & new tenant client announcements.
- Serve as liaison to public relations company, providing information, photos, renderings, data and announcements for notable deals
- Actively post and engage on FA Commercial's and individual agent’s social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & Snapchat
- Maintain the companies CRM database and track activity using marketing segmentation and other related tools
- Track industry trends for new marketing channels (including digital trends) for our properties, clients and company
- Working closely with the company’s internal and external Sales team.
- Track, manage and disseminate web analytics, contact data and metrics for each web-based communique. Make data driven decisions to determine marketing resource investment
- Source all renderings, photography, aerial stills & videos, copy, site plans, floor plans
- Identify, track, coordinate and promote company transactions and executive participation in all industry awards, showcases, conferences, publications and industry events.
- Requirements:
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with CRM systems including marketing automation
- Knowledge of the retail industry and commercial property marketing
- Uncompromised ethics and integrity
- Must be energetic, well organized, proactive problem solver, critical thinker, innovator, able to lead, possess confidence and have excellent communication and presentation skills
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ Years of Commercial Real Estate Marketing Experience
- Experience with SEO, Google Pay-per-Click, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap Chat, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Time management; ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
