Are you ready to gain hands-on marketing experience while enhancing the lives of people with and without intellectual disabilities? Special Olympics Northern California is seeking a Marketing Intern for Spring 2025. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills, build your portfolio, and make a difference in the lives of athletes and communities across Northern California.

Internship Details:
  • Location: On-site in Pleasant Hill, CA
  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week, January - May 2025 (flexible based on your academic schedule)
  • Requirement: Internship is for school credit only

What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Intern, you will:
  • Assist in developing, testing, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including high-quality photography, video reels, and written materials.
  • Organize and support marketing administration tasks.
  • Contribute to the organization, setup, and breakdown of weekday Special Olympics NorCal events.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and fundraising tactics to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
