Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic marketing lead to join our Atila commercial team. The ideal candidate will be a great team player with a thirst for learning and a passion for life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accountability for the quality and accuracy of all marketing products and processes at Atila BioSystems, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery.
• Assist in developing and implementing a strategic marketing research plan that aligns with Atila’s company goals, values, and objectives.
• Spear-head the design, execution, and analysis of strategic marketing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are effectively integrated into business strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of market innovation.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations to clients.
• Assist with all logistics for conferences and events. Often expected to attend for support.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, LinkedIn, tiktok, google ads highly desirable
• Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
