QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree, 5 years of marketing experience (or a combination of 9 years of higher education and relevant experience), experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, understanding of digital marketing trends, B2B marketing experience, and strong writing skills.

Develop B2B marketing and communication campaigns, manage email and digital activities, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, promote thought leadership content, and track campaign effectiveness to drive business growth.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The role is focused on developing marketing campaigns to drive growth and brand recognition for Wilmington Trust's Institutional Client Services division in North America and Europe.
- Understands needs mission, vision and strategic direction of the enterprise
- Develops strong relationships primarily across the department and with key partners across the business line, when necessary.
- Manage the development and execution of email, social and digital activities
- Partner with business line product leaders on sales objectives and coordinate sales follow up and tracking with sales teams to help marketing identify impact of all marketing campaigns on pipeline
- Develop marketing/communication campaign themes and messages as needed
- Work with content marketing manager to promote thought leadership content to drive sales engagement and web visits.
- Identify business unit marketing and/or communication campaign needs based upon business objectives
