Marketing Lead (Appointments)
LOCATION
Fully remote position based in the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SMB and Enterprise settings, knowledge in digital marketing and email campaigns, strong analytical and project management skills, and prior experience in the SaaS or tech space is a plus.

Seeking a Marketing Lead to manage B2B marketing initiatives, develop innovative campaigns to drive growth, and collaborate with various teams at DaySmart Appointments.

We're seeking a Marketing Lead to manage B2B marketing initiatives across the various industries DaySmart Appointments supports. You'll develop, execute, and scale innovative campaigns and initiatives that drive significant growth for DaySmart Appointments.
This is a fully remote position based in the United States. This role will report directly to the Director of Lifecycle and Channel Marketing under Marketing Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, execute and optimize a content strategy (blogs, webinars, landing pages, guides, email, social, etc.)
- Develop and manage lead generation and customer upsell campaigns (Leads, MQLs, SQLs)
- Coordinate with DaySmart Appointments Sales and Product teams to develop target audiences and launch seasonal campaigns
- Work closely with dedicated marketing shared service resources for events, publications, affiliate and lifecycle marketing needs
- Provide product marketing support for product launches and feature releases
- Manage vendor relationships for SEO, paid advertising, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, SMB and Enterprise experience is a plus
- Knowledge in digital marketing, paid media, and email campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in the SaaS or tech space is a plus

The salary for this role is $75,000-$90,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
