Seeking a passionate Marketing League Leader to blend product management and marketing roles, providing end-to-end support for the modular data center division and digital marketing initiatives.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing League Leader who works hard, is passionate, persistent, creative, confident, and will work well in a global team. This opportunity is for a unique individual looking for a multi-functional position that blends roles of product management and product marketing and provide end-to-end support as a marketing league leader for the modular data center division and digital marketing for the 3PH UPS team.


This role will be responsible for creation of sales tools, marketing launch strategy, understanding market trends, thought leadership management, and tracking competitive offers. This position requires some knowledge of data center power and cooling infrastructure, data center solutions, and application, preferably with a degree in a technical field. The position will report to the DCS Offer Marketing Manager, and is located in the St. Louis, MO, or Boston, MA areas (other options will be considered).

Essential Functions


  • Implement a product marketing strategy through the understanding of customer and sales team requests and requirements, industry and marketplace trends, and corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Define and manage product launch requirements and support Product Management through launch(s).
  • Define, scope, and direct projects throughout the lifecycle for new product development, product updates, or regional marketing activities.
  • Create impactful presentations that deliver customer value and product differentiation for external customers and internal sales teams.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the marketplace as well as solutions and offers within Schneider Electric
  • Providing tactical support to internal initiatives such as sales training, sales collateral development, product launches, and marketing support
  • Maintain and support web content and product documentation for both modular data center and 3PH UPS solutions.
  • Become a subject matter expert that can connect the Modular Data Center and 3PH businesses together.

  • Very strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail without getting lost in the weeds
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment and convert ambiguity into clarity
  • Effective in communicating and working across teams globally
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
