Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a motivated Marketing Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our exceptional care and the community, fostering connections with referral sources and families seeking senior care options.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, physician practices, social service agencies, and community organizations.
  • Conduct outreach programs to educate professionals and the community about our facility's services, amenities, and compassionate care philosophy.
  • Organize and deliver informative presentations about skilled nursing care to community groups and potential residents.
  • Manage and track marketing inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all questions.
  • Assist the Admissions team by scheduling tours and providing families with clear information about our admissions process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and resident census.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in senior care marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field (experience in senior care marketing a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for senior care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
