Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Liaison to join the Excellence Health team. This position will focus on promoting and building brand awareness for our Primary Care Offices, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facility facilities, Specialty Programs, Laboratory services, Medical Spas and Transition of Care. The Marketing Liaison will work closely with various teams to enhance community outreach, foster relationships with key partners, and implement marketing strategies across diverse healthcare settings. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for healthcare, marketing, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness & Outreach:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the various entities of Excellence Health.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to establish the organization as a trusted healthcare provider, including attending local health fairs, events, and community meetings.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and materials for all entities, ensuring a unified brand message across all platforms.

Partnership Development & Relationship Building:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for community partners, including local healthcare providers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
  • Foster and sustain strong, positive relationships with staff at SNF’s, ALF’s and the broader marketing community.
  • Actively round at SNFs and ALFs to introduce services, build relationships with facility staff, and meet potential patients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to expand referral networks.

Content Creation, Social Media, Advertising & Promotion:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional content for social media.
  • Help manage Excellence Health’s social media accounts, including posting engaging content, responding to inquiries, and promoting services.
  • Support in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, website updates, and online reviews management.
  • Support the execution of digital and traditional advertising campaigns across print, online, and social platforms.
  • Maintain a calendar of all marketing activities, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed effectively.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist with organizing and promoting events such as health screenings, seminars, or webinars for the medical spa, primary care office, and other services.
  • Coordinate internal and external events to increase brand exposure, educate the community about services offered, and drive engagement.
  • Ensure smooth logistics for event setup, participant registration, and post-event follow-ups.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Support the marketing team with research on local market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements based on performance metrics.
  • Assist with customer feedback collection, surveys, and market analysis to better understand patient needs and service expectations.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Provide general marketing support across all aspects of the business, including responding to ad-hoc requests from various departments.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, community outreach, or healthcare marketing required.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Creative thinking and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Knowledge of local community networks and organizations required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed for event setup or material handling.
  • Some travel may be required to visit community events or facilities.
