The Raleigh House seeks a motivated Marketing Manager to support marketing efforts for behavioral health services, develop strategic initiatives, and enhance brand awareness within the community and online.
We’re growing and we want to talk to you! The Raleigh House is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and support the Marketing Director in promoting and advancing the marketing efforts for our behavioral health services. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at raising awareness, increasing engagement, and driving the growth of our behavioral health programs. Your expertise will help ensure our brand resonates with target audiences, both within the community and across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Support: Assist the Marketing Director in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our behavioral health services. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, branding, and compliance standards.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate on the creation and launch of marketing campaigns that engage key audiences, including patients, caregivers, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage content across a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and print materials. Ensure content is informative, engaging, and consistent with the organization’s voice and mission.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Awareness & Community Outreach: Promote the organization’s behavioral health services through targeted community outreach efforts, partnerships with local organizations, and participation in industry events or conferences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify target demographics, emerging trends, and competitor strategies in the behavioral health sector. Use insights to support marketing decisions and opportunities for service differentiation.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns, report results to the Marketing Director, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams such as the clinical and operations departments to ensure marketing materials and messaging are aligned with the organization’s services, programs, and patient needs.
- Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all marketing materials and efforts are in compliance with relevant health regulations, including HIPAA, and ethical marketing practices specific to behavioral health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or behavioral health services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling and clear messaging for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of behavioral health trends, challenges, and best practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of marketing, particularly in adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
