The Role:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for lead generating marketing programs and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be able to define the strategic direction and prepare, execute and manage go-to-market campaigns and plans with a strong data-driven focus. They will have a proven track record in driving marketing programs from conception to launch and making important decisions in collaboration with the marketing team.
You will be part of a collaborative, creative, and metrics-based team whose goal is to increase brand equity and revenue for the company. Big picture thinking with strategic and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a team-oriented attitude are all keys to being successful.

- Implement lead generation plans across multiple channels to drive sales and ensure revenue growth
- Own and manage campaign strategy for a customer-centric and outcomes-oriented approach to marketing programs
- Use analytic and creative skills to develop inventive ways to identity new sources of potential new clients.
- Create sales collateral, client communications and content to support your campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and report on all programs using Salesforce dashboards
- Continually evolve our programs to ensure growth in the market
- Manage a budget and direct investment where we see greatest ROI
- Provide back up and support to other team members on the various marketing technologies used
- Maintain a high productivity level and work collaboratively with the Marketing team members to execute integrated campaigns
- Problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize while working independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced evolving environment
Qualifications
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, B2B experience preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, including email, social media and online campaigns.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, like Salesforce (SF) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Design skills a plus
- Previous experience in financial services.
- A proactive, go above and beyond attitude to help the team achieve goals
