We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand. As the Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will play a vital role in supporting the business by assisting the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the marketing strategy, performing marketing research, creating marketing content, managing and analyzing data in the CRM, collaborating with vendors, and working on special projects. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and tactical execution. To thrive in this position, you will be proactive, adaptable, high-energy, data-driven, and able to craft compelling marketing content. Experience managing a CRM system and collaborating with internal teams and external partners will be essential as you contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

This position does require the ability to travel 20% to trade shows, marketing events, and customer locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Work with Director of Marketing to provide support to the Marketing Department in managing brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize technology, including AI, to improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging marketing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee the production of promotional content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Own the company CRM systems, creating and enforcing data entry rules while managing customer data and tracking marketing performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Own the sales lead generation function by creating and managing CRM nurture campaigns.

Vendor Management:

  • Source and manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors to execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced and dynamic organization, preferably from outside the modular construction industry.
  • Experience utilizing AI in brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM system(s) with a strong understanding of CRM management, data analysis, and CRM nurture campaigns; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactical marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, external vendors, employees, and leadership.
  • Ability to travel 20% to trade shows, marketing events, and customer locations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position primarily works in an office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer. This position will also need to be able to drive a vehicle to visit various sites. This position will need to be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
