Join Pagac & Company PC, a well-established Tax Accounting & Advisory CPA firm, as our new Marketing & CRM Coordinator. As a crucial member of our team, you will drive business growth, develop and maintain our CRM system, and support marketing initiatives.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a focus on e-commerce and content marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage product launches, and effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM best practices for enhanced data quality and usability.
- Analyze CRM data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, and events.
- Manage and maintain our marketing calendar for timely and coordinated execution.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business development efforts and track client engagement.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, CRM management, or a related field, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Proven expertise in CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
