Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years of experience in A/E/C industry, or 6-10 years of relevant experience without a degree. Working knowledge of industry terminology, experience in overseeing marketing initiatives, and strong organizational skills required. Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies and initiatives at Faith Group, LLC, a women-owned consulting firm, fostering business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
The firm is seeking a qualified full-time Marketing Manager to join its top-notch, dynamic Marketing Department. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives and staff. The Marketing Manager will provide support as needed to the Proposal Manager group but will not be responsible for management and oversite of this group. Faith Group’s Marketing is centralized in the firm’s St. Louis, MO (headquarter) office.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Perform market, client, partner, and competitor research and provide input into SWOT analysis to support business development efforts (as needed)
Develop and maintain a personal, comprehensive knowledge of firm’s services, disciplines, clients, partners, projects, and staff background/capabilities
Support collection of information, from within the firm and external sources, on potential teaming and business opportunities
Support marketing-related planning and execution activities for business development staff
Support development and implementation of the firm’s marketing plan and budget
Provide input into the execution plan for annual OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the Marketing Department
Identify KPIs to track strategic initiatives and marketing success and present findings
Support the development of programs to accomplish marketing initiatives
Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates
Maintain a network to keep abreast of industry, client, and competitor activity
Maintain a profile in professional and community organizations (such as SMPS)
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings (as needed)
Maintain systems to extract, categorize, and retrieve artifacts and company boilerplate
Manage and develop boilerplate information (firm bios, resumes, projects, etc.)
Support Proposal Manager(s) with research and preparation of subconsultant qualifications packages, proposals, and interview materials (as needed)
Assist with QAQC and review of pursuit deliverables (as needed)
Maintain company CRM (Unanet, formerly Cosential) and oversee continuous development of system, roll-out of new features, and activation of existing features
Support development and ongoing implementation of corporate brand across all platforms
Manage planning, development, and execution of initiatives and campaigns, as well as implementation through marketing automation software (Mailchimp)
Interview technical staff to capture relevant information for various marketing efforts
Manage development of collateral (digital & print) and presentations
Oversee and develop written content and digital media (graphics, photos, videos) for various social and communication channels (website, press, newsletter, etc.)
Manage updates to and future development of the firm’s website
Manage execution of the social media plan/calendar and oversees implementation
Manage conferences and special events; oversee planning, execution, and follow-up
Manage firm promo/SWAG and assist the Executive Admin with company promotional store
Assist with staff, project, event, and other photography needs
Manage advertisements, sponsorships, and other related programs
Manage collection of data for contacting partners and clients
Manage and mentor direct report Marketing staff; provide training and coaching
Evaluate and report progress on implementing the marketing plan to Director; revise goals, objectives, and priorities as appropriate
Manage marketing expenditures to ensure consistency with the approved budget
Manage implementation of marketing activities to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
Participate in the firm’s Management Group, including meetings and assigned tasks
Direct marketing efforts across departments, disciplines, and regional offices
Develop and conduct marketing-related training and lunch & learns for non-marketing staff
Support development and manage implementation of marketing initiatives, programs, standards, and technology
Manage quality control & assurance for all Marketing deliverables
Manage planning, development, and execution of internal communications (as needed)
Manage planning and execution of company events (both in-person and virtual)
Support marketing for Faith Group sister company, Saefix (as needed)
Support marketing for the Faith Group / Saefix Innovation Lab and produce white papers
Assist with marketing-related tasks in collaboration with other Departments (Operations, HR, Accounting, Leadership Group, etc.)
Other Marketing Department tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Working knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
Experience directly overseeing and implementing marketing initiatives
Experience managing, mentoring, training, and coaching staff
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently to drive progress
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Keen attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality control/assurance (QA/QC)
Ability to work within diverse teams and provide leadership
Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign (intermediate preferred)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience developing and/or using a company CRM
Other Qualifications (desired but not required):
Basic knowledge of other Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Knowledge of design principles

Travel:
The salary for this role starts at $85,000 and increases with applicable education and experience.
Salary:
There may be regular travel to the St. Louis HQ office if the person is working from one of our regional offices or remotely. Travel may also be required to attend various events, conferences, or meetings.
