Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (45 hours per week)

Sapience Tutoring is a fast-growing youth education business in Las Vegas, NV, with locations in Henderson and Summerlin. With an aggressive expansion plan to double our locations in Clark County within the next 12 months, we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving our growth.

As Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and COO, contributing to a wide array of marketing initiatives. If you’re a high-energy, versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Outreach and Events:
Develop and execute community outreach strategies.
Schedule, plan, and host events that promote Sapience Tutoring's services and brand.
Build and nurture relationships with local schools, organizations, and businesses.
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs, that aligns with our brand voice.
Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
Plan, execute, and analyze paid and organic social media campaigns.
Digital Advertising:
Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor performance metrics and report on ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Asset Creation and Guidance:
Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing assets (flyers, banners, ads, etc.).
Provide guidance and input on copy and visuals for web developers and promotional materials.
Promotions and Networking:
Develop and implement creative promotional campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones.
Represent Sapience Tutoring at networking events to build professional relationships and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in education, youth services, or a similar field.
Strong communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and social media tools.
Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and website management (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
