DESCRIPTION
:
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support our ecommerce and retail presence for Shoppe Amber Interiors. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and retail trends. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, retail operations, and product management, to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, boost conversions, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.


Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:


Digital Marketing & Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives across both e-commerce and retail channels. Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, email, SMS, etc.) alongside the Marketing Coordinator and in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, and Digital Content Specialist, managing the company marketing calendar across all touchpoints.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating a holistic approach that maximizes brand impact and consumer engagement.
  • Develop and plan retail marketing strategies in alignment with the overarching marketing calendar.
  • Manage the affiliate marketing program to expand reach and drive sales.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.


Customer Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers across multiple channels, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media, and partnerships.
  • Identify, test, and scale high-performing customer acquisition tactics to maximize ROI, targeting key audience segments to drive lead generation, conversions, and new customer sign-ups.

Customer Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV) with personalized communication strategies (e.g., email, SMS, sign up units) to keep customers engaged and satisfied.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to design and optimize retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs, email automation campaigns, and personalized offers.

Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (ROI, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Use insights to optimize future strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of marketing campaigns and their impact on business outcomes.


Marketing Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.


Marketing Manager
SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus) and retail marketing best practices.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience with Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo Analytics, Attentive Analytics, etc. a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative, with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Graphic Design experience and proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentiveness is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
