Job Summary:
Lead all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing campaigns across multiple channels, and managing the marketing team and budget. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM) and traditional channels (print, events).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging materials such as blogs, videos, brochures, and advertisements.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Budget Oversight:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies when necessary.
- Training and Development:
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Identify and address gaps in skills or resources within the team.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Provide monthly and quarterly progress reports, including analytic reports to Sr. Management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position with occasional travel for events or conferences.
