Job description
As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and help consolidate the group in the U.S. market, while maintaining authenticity and brand values that Omnilife holds. As well as, effectively position the company's products and business opportunity and achieve established growth objectives.
The Marketing Manager will work alongside our USA’s Operations Manager to promote:
· Growth of our business base in Entrepreneurs
· Growth of sales in our two business lines (Nutrition & Cosmetics)
· Better understanding of our Incentives (trips, contests, events, etc)
· Awareness of our organization through online and offline channels.
As our Marketing Manager you get to:
· Generate communication proposals that position the brand outside the company - guidelines, sponsorships, influencers, public relations.
· Lead the launch of products, marketing and business campaigns adapted to the US market, from conceptualization to execution and measurement of results. Adjusting proposals for Mexican campaigns to relate to the US audience.
· To direct the distribution of information and campaigns through a media strategy and communication channels to the public and entrepreneurs.
· Collaborate closely with the operations and multi-development (sales/commercial) team to ensure alignment of strategies and maximization of opportunities in the direct sales channel.
· Manage the coverage of local events in order to inform the target audience about news and relevant events in a timely manner. Support in the development of content for local events focused on Omnilife entrepreneurs.
· Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
· Participate in industry forums in order to stay connected to new trends and create valuable relationships (e.g. dsa forums).
· Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and a positive return on investment.
· Manage the contracting of suppliers and following up as needed with services that contribute to the marketing strategy, such as digital marketing agencies, communication, content, paid media, audiovisual, design, etc.
· Oversee the brand's digital strategy, including social media, seo/sem, and content marketing, with the goal of increasing visibility and consumer engagement.

- Marketing experience in consumer companies, preferably in health, nutrition or beauty related industries.
- Understanding of direct selling dynamics and familiarity with industry challenges and opportunities.
- Interpersonal communication skills working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the US market and demonstrated ability to adapt culturally relevant marketing and communication strategies.
Additional characteristics
- You have 5-10 years of communications/marketing experience – creating and implementing strategies and developing content.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communications or marketing (preferred) - knowledge of direct selling a plus.
- You are a strong self-starter and self-manager.
- You are willing to work after hours and some weekends, especially during company events.
- You have the ability to collaborate with several teams at once and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- You are willing to share ideas among senior management.
- You are comfortable and confident with Microsoft Office and social media networks.
- You are quick on your feet and can multitask
- You have a good sense of humor and bring fun to work!
- You have no ego. You do what it takes to get the job done, you are curious and look for creative solutions to any issue.
- You enjoy a fast-paced, nimble environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
