Company Overview:
Beyond (Christianson Solutions LLC) resells and services software applications for the Renewable Fuels and Commodity Processing industries based upon the Microsoft Dynamics GP platform. With our product Intellego, customers have a full ERP system along with a business management system specifically developed for their position in the commodity market.
The Services team of the organization is responsible for providing first in class service to the customer base ensuring that we understand their wants and needs. Responsible for assisting in the integration processes, providing solutions to complex problems, and providing expert implementation support.
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, as well as measuring the success of those campaigns. The Marketing Manager will oversee and drive our company's marketing strategy and initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset to ensure the company’s products or services are positioned effectively in the market.
The candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, be organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands. The individual must be able to communicate through a variety of methods, and with internal and external individuals with exceptional customer service skills.
Job Duties:
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives by identifying industry trends and incorporating new ideas into marketing strategy
- Drive the company’s growth by enhancing brand awareness, optimizing client engagement, and supporting business objectives across the range of services
- Defining and/or updating the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to marketing efforts, tracking success towards those goals, and providing updates
- Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process from start to finish
- Developing, managing, and executing quarterly or annual marketing plans
- Conduct market research regarding trends and competitors
- Overseeing the company’s marketing activities and brand awareness including the overall outreach strategy
- Drive our growth by enhancing brand awareness, optimizing client engagement, and supporting business objectives across the range of services Beyond offers in consulting, implementation, and support for various Microsoft ERP solutions (including Dynamics F&O, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics BC)
- Organize and promote events, webinars, workshops, and other virtual or in-person events aimed at educating clients, showcasing solutions, and expanding Beyond’s reach in key markets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with Beyond’s business goals. Identify market opportunities, set objectives, and determine KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Uphold and promote the Beyond brand through consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. Lead initiatives to elevate brand awareness and positioning in the tech and business solutions industry.
- Support Sales Team
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, informative, and relevant content for newsletters, social media, websites, email campaigns, and events. Manage and oversee all campaign executions to maximize reach and impact.
- Develop customer-centric marketing strategies, with the Customer Success Manager, to support Beyond’s commitment to long-term client partnerships. Work closely with account managers to enhance client communication and engagement through tailored messaging and outreach.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of trends and the competitive landscape. Apply insights to enhance marketing strategies, positioning Beyond as an industry leader and thought partner.

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision making
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
- Proven success in campaign planning and execution, digital marketing, and brand management
* Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States. Incumbent will also be asked to attend industry and company events. *
Salary Dependent on Qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
