The Marketing Manager will enhance La Familia’s brand presence online by managing digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics for strategy optimization, and fostering collaboration across teams.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in strengthening La Familia’s brand presence across all digital channels. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing campaigns, creating a unified brand voice, and ensuring alignment across Google Ads, Google My Business, social media platforms, and other digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and highly skilled in using marketing technologies, particularly Google Analytics and similar platforms, to measure, optimize, and drive campaign performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
- Develop and oversee a cohesive digital marketing strategy for La Familia, encompassing content creation, campaign management, and brand consistency.
- Direct all marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Google My Business, and social media ads, ensuring all campaigns communicate a consistent brand message.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, sales, quality control) to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of La Familia’s target market, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities to capture market share.
- Analyze campaign performance through data analytics, utilizing Google Analytics and related tools, to refine and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Act as the central figure for all marketing-related activities, regularly updating senior leadership on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Drive innovation in digital marketing, staying ahead of trends in social media, viral campaigns, and online engagement tactics.
- Partner with media organizations and advertising agencies to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas, ensuring creative approaches are aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate with the sales and other departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Foster a data-centric approach to measure success, continuously using analytics to improve brand exposure and market engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years in marketing, with specific expertise in digital marketing and marketing operations.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful campaigns with a strong emphasis on data and analytics.
- Experience creating and managing a uniform brand voice across multiple channels.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools, including digital project management.
- Effective communication skills, adaptable to different audiences, including team members and senior leadership.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities for handling both strategic and operational aspects of marketing.
- Strong leadership skills to guide the marketing team and foster collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for driving strategic visions, particularly around brand growth and customer acquisition.
