This role will focus on marketing efforts for ImpactCE, a dynamic new brand launching soon. ImpactCE brings together the strengths of two well-established brands, uniting their legacy to offer a fresh, integrated approach to continuing education.
Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the marketing strategies for ImpactCE. This individual will oversee initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand strategic partnerships through targeted marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and cross-brand coordination, with a proven ability to deliver innovative campaigns that achieve measurable business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive annual marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

- Digital Marketing & Ecommerce:
- Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and SEO, to drive online engagement and sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve brand positioning.
- Performance Measurement:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Administer marketing operation, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Innovation & Market Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to strengthen the competitive positioning of the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with strong emphasis on e-commerce or digital marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Home office or access to a dedicated working space.
- At least 12 months experience working remotely on a full time basis.
- Native or near-native fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) a plus.
- Experience working within the behavioral health, healthcare or related industries.
