You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales leaders at NPS Prism.

You will be responsible for digital and content marketing, creating and executing campaigns that attract Fortune 1000 CX leaders and help improve their customer experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with senior stakeholders and NPS Prism’s leadership team to create a consistent flow of industry content and best-in-class marketing campaigns that generate leads and nurture current clients.
  • Distribute content across channels, including email, paid media, social media, and events, continuously optimizing based on insights.
  • Own the content, campaign, and events calendar to ensure consistent engagement with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain a clear and engaging voice in NPS Prism messaging, simplifying complex topics.
  • Create marketing and sales enablement assets (email templates, one-pagers, decks, etc.) to drive demos and enhance the brand.
  • Support NPS Prism’s events (in-person and online), from hosting and sponsoring to attending.
  • Optimize marketing strategies and report on campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience working with sales teams.
  • Digital Marketing: Expertise in running campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Content Marketing: Skilled in creating engaging content for B2B audiences.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with planning and analyzing email campaigns for nurturing leads.
  • Demand Generation: Proven ability to generate demand and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Knowledge of ABM strategies for high-value accounts.
  • B2B Marketing: Strong grasp of B2B strategies to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Campaign Management: Proficient in managing marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS/technology.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns.
  • HubSpot experience.
  • Strong interest in customer experience, brand loyalty, and applying strategic marketing to drive business results.
