Seeking a creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement through effective campaigns and engaging content creation.

Overview
We are seeking a fun, creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, videography, copywriting, and analytics. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can develop and implement effective marketing campaigns while managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Create engaging video content promoting our brand and products
  • Work with our team and clients to capture and create the most engaging content possible.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Videos, photos, shorts, reels, etc. (Strong emphasis on video as our product is very visual)
  • Posting on Meta, X, GMB, Linkedin, Youtube, and any other sites with potential.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts to build a strong online presence and foster community engagement.
  • Manage our brand reputation online
  • Respond to all Meta comments, tags, and messages
  • Respond to all Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews
  • Manage our Group pages
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Keeping the website as appealing and converting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Craft retargeting initiatives to get more leads or warm leads inside our database. Including but not exclusive to; email marketing campaigns, text campaigns, EDDM
  • Monitor analytics to track campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.

  • Leads count per month
  • Review count per month
  • # of posts per month
  • # of engagements per month
  • CPL (Cost per lead)
  • Google PPC cost
  • FB ad CPL
  • SEO ranking

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
  • Videography, photography, and editing skills. (Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite preferred)
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content across various channels.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of digital marketing
  • Email and Text marketing
  • SEO principles and best practices.
  • Social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing techniques.
  • Ability to coach clients and employees on what to say and how to say during videography sessions for maximum engagement.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
