Dynamic Marketing Manager needed for a large orthopedic practice to enhance profile, grow patient volume, and lead marketing initiatives.

Overview:
Large Orthopedic Practice seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager. We are growing, and need you to lead our marketing efforts, enhance our practice's profile and grow patent volume. The ideal candidate will be a a creative, yet highly analytical thinker who can develop, write / edit, and implement marketing strategies, communication materials and promotional pieces supporting practice events, and implementing social networking and new media to generate and grow new and existing business as well as launch new services and new locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Practice Leadership to manage, organize, develop, and assemble marketing materials in support of business development pursuits
  • Plan and organize marketing meetings, campaigns, public relations, social media, emails and creates annual marketing calendar, including speaking engagements, conferences, and business events
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and competition activity and sets or develops KPIs to consistently measure results of campaigns
  • Manage external website content to ensure information is accurate and complete in practice as well as partner websites
  • Source supporting materials as required which could include gifts, giveaways, props, etc.
  • Provide direction for the development of marketing materials; recognizes the need to outsource projects and facilitates resource selection
  • Manage trade show schedules, budgets, and helps plan strategies and messaging for in-person or virtual events
  • Create and maintain consistent email marketing strategies and promotions including monthly practice bulletins, announcements, and event calendars.
  • Work together with internal resources to develop, standardize, and execute a client engagement profile for new and existing clients
  • Work with executive team to analyze performance of various services and geographic locations to develop targeted promotional strategies.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with Practice’s targets.
  • Set specific marketing goals and budget.
  • Research market to identify new opportunities and monitor competition.
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote Practice’s providers and services.
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
  • Use customer feedback / surveys to ensure client satisfaction and develop new ideas

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization through multiple media channels
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong grammar and writing skills are non-negotiable.
  • Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to consistently advance the goals of the Practice.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals.

Experience / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of healthcare marketing experience, preferably marketing physicians professional services, is required
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
