Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Onsite near Salt Lake City airport; occasional travel (5-7 times per year) for tradeshows.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the merchandising industry; proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferred), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with Huge Brands growth goals.
Schedule & Travel: Position works onsite (office near Salt Lake City airport) during regular business hours; Travel is required occasionally, as needed to support tradeshows (5-7 per year)
Pay: $60K-$70K annual salary

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY
- Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve Huge Brands growth goals; Drive brand presence and recognition and sales via marketing campaigns and paid/unpaid advertising across various channels: Digital marketing, social media, email marketing, traditional print advertising, news and local events and awards, leveraging influencers, etc.
- Website & Social Media: Manage Huge Brands website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), and blogs; Generate, edit, publish and share compelling content (text, images, video, HTML) that builds meaningful connections and influences customers to take action
- Market Research: Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends to inform marketing strategies; Perform market research to identify customer needs, identify new products, and gain insight on competition; Perform product rationalization, financial analysis, and monitor product life-cycle, using primary and secondary market research as needed (customer surveying, effectiveness of promotions, market segmentation)
- Marketing Effectiveness: Identify & set metrics and analyze data to measure effectiveness and impact, and optimize marketing programs, campaigns, and strategies, providing regular and ad-hoc reports to leaders as needed; Manage marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve target metrics
- Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders; Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to communicate key messages and announcements; Coordinate media interviews and press events, including preparing spokespeople and managing logistics; As needed, assist with crisis communications and manage reputation management efforts.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives; Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including advertisements, promotional materials, and website content
- Supervisory responsibility: Mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals (Marketing Team Lead, Marketing Coordinator), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Perform additional, related duties as needed
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management and successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results, preferably in the merchandising industry
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or related field; or equivalent knowledge & experience
- Location & Travel: Position works onsite during regular business hours; Travel is required occasionally, as needed to support national tradeshows (5-7 per year)
- Systems: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software (Hubspot strongly preferred), Google Analytics, and social media management tools
