Seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to drive innovative marketing strategies, manage campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support customer acquisition at Diamond Buick GMC.

Reports To: General Sales Manager
- Campaign Development: Create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.) to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify key target markets and customer segments to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team (if applicable) or manage the creation of compelling content that aligns with brand messaging, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget constraints. Evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase online visibility, and improve conversion rates.
- SEO/SEM: Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic search rankings, as well as search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive paid traffic.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring engaging and consistent content that aligns with brand values. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies for greater engagement and reach.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention campaigns. Track performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, understand consumer behavior, and analyze competitive activity. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM platforms) to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer acquisition, and other KPIs to senior management.
- Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer demographics, behaviors, and purchasing patterns to identify new opportunities and optimize targeting strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining a strong, cohesive brand presence in the market.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring that marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging support the sales process and improve lead conversion.
- Public Relations: Assist in managing external communications, including press releases, media relations, and brand partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other third-party partners.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and community engagement initiatives that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Brand Awareness: Represent the brand at industry events and public appearances, working to increase brand recognition and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service, etc.) to align marketing initiatives with business goals and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants, ensuring quality service and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM software.
- SEO & SEM: Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage a diverse audience.
- Creative Mindset: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealership or with B2B/B2C marketing campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or experience working with a design team to create marketing materials.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Salary: Range $60,000.00-$80,000.00 with performance based incentives
