Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our mission of providing excellent mental health care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, and data-driven decision-making. They will play a pivotal role in building the clinic’s brand, driving patient acquisition, and fostering long-term engagement.

Job Description: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Align marketing initiatives with clinic goals, ensuring growth in patient base and revenue targets.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Design and manage  SEO-optimized content, paid search campaigns, and social media strategies to achieve a prominent reduction in cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to optimize ROI.
  • Content Creation & Branding:
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, email campaigns, website updates, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with Center for Mental Wealth's values and mission.
  • Community Engagement & Partnerships:
  • Build relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and influencers to enhance patient referral networks.
  • Represent the clinic at community events, mental health fairs, and professional conferences.
  • Patient Referral Programs:
  • Develop and manage referral programs targeting healthcare providers and existing patients to generate new patient inquiries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Track and report marketing KPIs, including patient inquiries, retention rates, and digital campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the clinic’s leadership team to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for specialized services like web development and graphic design.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and branding skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices is a plus.
