VanCraft Campervans is a unique and small and dynamic company that manufactures, sells, and rents Class-B Sprinter campervans. We are an energetic, inspired, and entrepreneurial team. VanCraft is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT and has rental operations in San Diego, CA and Denver, CO.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage target audiences and achieve business objectives.
This is a newer position that will require an EXTREME "go-getter" mentality who is up for the challenge of building new systems to help manage and grow our marketing and branding efforts. If you are not able to thrive in an environment with minimal up-front structure, please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality copywriting that resonates with our audience.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels.
- Coordinate print advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility in local markets.
- Utilize WordPress to maintain and update the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and SEO practices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for future campaigns.
Skills
- Proficient in content marketing techniques and best practices.
- Strong understanding of branding principles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly Google Ads.
- Experience in both digital and print advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Strong sales acumen, particularly in advertising sales environments.
