Schreiber Foods International, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and expand our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company’s growth objectives. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, this role will spearhead digital, social, and content marketing campaigns.

Schreiber Foods International is committed to growing our market position and brand voice. This position plays a key role in driving our success as a trusted provider in the Foodservice, Manufacturing, and Chain Restaurant channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

· Lead the creation and implementation of monthly email campaigns, leveraging automation platforms and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement.

· Oversee the creation of presentations, ensuring alignment with branded templates to support the sales team.

· Coordinate photo and video shoots, managing partnerships with internal teams and external vendors; maintain the company’s image library.

· Manage updates and content for the company website and landing pages using WordPress.

· Drive social media strategy, including content creation, engagement, metrics, and platform consistency.

· Research market trends, analyze customer needs, and apply insights to refine marketing strategies.

· Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, including info sheets, infographics, case studies, and sales collateral.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and packaging, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations.

· Manage customer events, including logistics, graphics, and promotional materials.

· Lead efforts in content creation for digital and print platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and messaging.

· Track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting and proofreading capabilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Loomly.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support company initiatives.
