Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing department for one of Douglas Elliman's top-performing teams. This role requires a dynamic individual who can think strategically while executing with precision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building impactful campaigns that drive brand growth and elevate the team's presence in the market.
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the team’s marketing initiatives, from social media strategy and content creation to campaign management and analytics. You will be a key player in shaping the team’s brand, ensuring our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the team’s business goals, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and brand recognition in the luxury real estate market.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for marketing priorities, ensuring all efforts align with the team’s vision and goals.
- Manage and mentor a team (or third-party vendors) to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Lead the creation and implementation of a robust social media strategy to grow engagement and drive traffic across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee content creation, including designing graphics, writing captions, and ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
Content Creation & Branding
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including property brochures, email campaigns, single-property websites, video tours, and social media content.
- Oversee high-quality photo and video production, from concept to execution, ensuring all visual assets reflect the luxury brand standard.
- Collaborate with team members and external vendors to produce creative assets that differentiate the team in the competitive real estate market.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support new property listings, open houses, and other client-facing initiatives.
- Oversee digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate events and sponsorships that align with brand positioning and enhance client relationships.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Website & SEO Optimization
- Oversee the development and management of team websites, ensuring optimal functionality, design, and SEO performance.
- Implement strategies to improve Google keyword rankings by optimizing content with target locations and property details.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with agents to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure seamless communication between marketing and other team functions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to elevate the team’s profile.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate marketing, ideally in luxury or high-end markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic design software.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and an understanding of the luxury real estate audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, agents, and clients effectively.

Pay: $64,352.00 - $69,994.00 per year
