Results-oriented Marketing Manager needed to drive engagement, develop branding strategies, and execute marketing initiatives to support sales objectives and enhance brand presence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager with strong expertise in branding and marketing strategies to drive company engagement and identify potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing marketing initiatives that support the overall sales objectives and enhance the company’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present company products while coordinating marketing events and campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's brand strategy to foster positive business relationships and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on special projects to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, blog writing, and social media engagement to enhance online visibility.
  • Oversee website SEO, ensuring the alignment of content with company news and articles.
  • Work cross-functionally with team members and other departments to synchronize marketing and sales efforts.
  • Evaluate marketing opportunities in partnership with advertising agencies and at exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Provide management with regular reports on marketing performance, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle changing demands and priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Develop creative solutions to challenges, demonstrating persistence in overcoming obstacles.
  • Uphold a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor when interacting with customers, both in the office and at external business locations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety-oriented environment within the team.
  • Ensure punctuality and regular attendance as an essential aspect of the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing-related and / or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Sage, Manhattan, or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaign in B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent attendance and reliability.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Hybrid work option available.
  • Office-based environment, with most of the workday spent at a desk.
  • Regular use of computers and telephones.
  • Occasional travel required (up to 25%).

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds intermittently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to extend arms overhead and shoulder height.
  • Extended periods of sitting may be required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
