We’re looking for a visionary who understands marketing is not just about creativity (although that’s needed) to focus the first 3 quarters on delivering results. From generating MQLs and pipeline value to analyzing ROI and scaling campaigns, you’re someone who sees the big picture and knows how to execute down to the finest detail.
At our nationally recognized legal organization, you’ll lead marketing efforts that directly impact growth in membership acquisition for law firms and clients seeking estate planning services. You’ll collaborate with a team of senior marketing professionals, respect their expertise, and drive cohesive strategies that make a real difference.
We’re looking for someone who will work full-time for us - no freelancers or fractionals. We’re needing a dedicated, loyal marketing manager who will own the marketing strategy across a 2 companies; a regional law firm who seeks leads for their regional Estate & LTC Planning/Asset Protection Law Firm and a national legal organization that trains and helps regional law firms market and succeed at practicing in the Estate and LTC Pl anning/Asset Protection niche. This includes the opportunity to build a model for the national organization member firms to succeed at based on the success achieved at the local regional law firm (model firm).

Key Responsibilities (B2B and B2C Marketing)
Business-Driven Strategy
- Build and execute marketing strategies that directly tie to business goals, including membership acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Define KPIs, set clear targets (MQLs, pipeline, CAC), and develop campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Analyze performance data, pivot where necessary, and report results to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with senior marketing team members who work fractionally, to align tactics and ensure mutual respect for expertise.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies drive business outcomes and align with overall goals.
Leadership and Execution
- Lead a growing marketing team, with a results-oriented, collaborative culture.
- Manage omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, SEO, events, and content marketing.
- Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
- Establish and maintain a scalable marketing infrastructure, including CRM and automation systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven ability to tie marketing strategies to business results, including revenue and membership goals.
- Strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing, with full-funnel campaign expertise.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting; experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and event marketing to oversee, manage and report on results not to execute.
- Knowledge of estate planning or legal services is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and pipeline metrics to drive scalable growth.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms, along with data visualization tools.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
