Kaleidoscope is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives, specializing in project management, content creation, and event planning.

Position Summary
Kaleidoscope is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to partner with the Marketing Director in driving business growth through innovative and cohesive marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with a strong design sense and a talent for managing end-to-end projects, crafting impactful messaging, and developing high-quality content that enhances our brand identity across all channels. This role emphasizes project management, event planning and execution, and content marketing and social media. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive self-starter with both strategic insight and a keen eye for creative detail to make a lasting impact on our brand and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
  • Lead the design and production of marketing kits, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Manage end-to-end projects, including digital assets, kit development, and other marketing materials to support growth initiatives.

  • Event Strategy, Planning & Execution:
  • Identify and plan Kaleidoscope’s participation in key industry events (inclusive of sponsorships, speaking engagements, exhibiting, and attendance), overseeing all aspects from pre-event marketing to post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate trade show participation, managing booth design, logistics, vendor relations, and on-site execution.

  • Content Marketing and Social Media:
  • Develop and execute content strategies, including blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Strategize and oversee social media campaigns to increase engagement, enhance visibility, and amplify marketing content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Align metrics with a media plan, ensuring campaigns adhere to the provided budget and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Business Development Support
  • Develop capabilities, point-of-view, and case study presentation decks.
  • Support the Business Development team with category audits, surveys, and POV development.
  • Provide in-office client meeting support, creating presentation boards, books, and other support materials as needed.

  • Internal Collaboration & Communications
  • Serve as a go-to communications contact across departments, ensuring that all teams stay aligned on marketing initiatives and that company messaging is cohesive and on-brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, branding, or a related field, with a strong track record of brand stewardship.
  • Creative background with a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Proficient in Keynote and presentation-building, with the ability to communicate ideas and strategies clearly.
  • Highly organized and versatile, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of detail and quality.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and developing high-impact brand content.
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong ambition to move the needle and drive significant growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft strategic, customer-centric narratives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies to meet rapidly changing market trends.
