Position Overview
The Marketing Manager for the Home Division will support and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and product launches across digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and project management skills, as well as an understanding of branding applications, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends. A passion for home, culinary, and media industries is essential to connect authentically with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Marketing Execution: Own the execution of marketing initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, and brand managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Creative Brief Development: Develop clear and strategic marketing briefs to guide creative teams in delivering impactful campaigns.
- Amazon Brand Store Coordination: Support updates, optimization, and launches on Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring strong visibility and seamless execution in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Branding and Packaging Oversight: Facilitate the review of packaging and product branding applications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards in collaboration with the creative team.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, leveraging platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive engagement and awareness.
- New Product Launches: Plan and implement marketing strategies for new product and category launches across digital platforms in partnership with internal teams.
- Email Campaign Management: Design and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and partners, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
- Calendar Management: Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring coordinated communications and promotions across all platforms and stakeholders.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Partnership Support: Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage content creation, approvals, and recaps for joint marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within brand management or the home/lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including best practices for content and engagement strategies.
- Experience with branding applications and maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
- Passion for the home, culinary, and media industries, with a strong creative sensibility.
Salary: $70,000-$80,000+bonus
