Marketing Manager at Barrel Proof Nashville will drive brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative digital marketing, community outreach, and event programming, with opportunities for growth into a Director role as the brand expands.
JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager at Barrel Proof Nashville will spearhead initiatives to enhance the bar’s visibility and presence within the vibrant Nashville market. This role combines creativity and strategy to build brand awareness, foster community relationships, and drive customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will also have the opportunity to expand their influence, eventually overseeing marketing efforts for additional venues under the LeBlanc+Smith umbrella in Nashville. The ideal candidate is innovative, well-versed in digital marketing and social media, and passionate about hospitality and community connection.
Please note, this role is expected to move quickly into a Director role as the Barrel Proof Brand builds and operates additional venues within Nashville and the South.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Coordinate and execute collaboration partnerships with like-minded brands and organizations to enhance reach and visibility.
Social Media Management:
- Create and implement an engaging social media strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Website Updates:
- Maintain and update the Barrel Proof Nashville website to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
- Refresh visuals and copy quarterly.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance, implementing strategies to improve visibility.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and build relationships with local and national influencers aligned with the brand, working closely with the PR company.
- Negotiate and coordinate collaborations to ensure measurable impact and ROI.
- Oversee content delivery and reporting for influencer partnerships.
Community Outreach:
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to position Barrel Proof as a key player in Nashville’s scene.
- Develop partnerships and sponsorships to enhance visibility and reputation.
Programming Ideation:
- Collaborate with the operations team to conceptualize and execute unique, brand-aligned programming.
- Plan and manage seasonal promotions, themed events, and live entertainment to drive traffic and enhance guest experiences.
Networking:
- Represent Barrel Proof at local industry events, fostering connections with key stakeholders in Nashville’s hospitality scene.
- Actively participate in community forums and groups to stay informed about local trends and opportunities.

Digital Marketing Excellence:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all digital platforms.
Community and Industry Relationships:
- Establish Barrel Proof as a prominent player in the Nashville hospitality market through community engagement and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, local businesses, and industry stakeholders.
Programming and Event Success:
- Deliver innovative and successful programming that aligns with the Barrel Proof brand.
- Drive traffic and revenue through strategic promotions and events.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- 10% year-over-year sales growth as measured on a quarterly basis.
- Establishing Barrel Proof & Barrel Proof Derivatives as premier hospitality lifestyle/bar brands across the Southeastern United States.
- Establish a repeat business that yields 80% of our business to be loyal guests who engage our spaces at least once per Quarter.
- Establish Barrel Proof Nashville as a leading brand in the local market through effective marketing and community engagement.
- Achieve measurable growth in social media engagement and website traffic, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop strong industry relationships and community partnerships that enhance the venue’s reputation and reach.
- Execute successful and creative programming that consistently drives guest traffic and enhances the customer experience.
- Expand marketing initiatives to include additional venues, demonstrating leadership and strategic growth within the LeBlanc+Smith family.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
